Your excellent piece humanized the facts of abortion. It's difficult to condemn ALL abortions when the mother's life is threatened, or an abused 13 year-old is the patient.

So I'm not really surprised to learn you did not receive much blowback. Those who can only think in terms of black and white find it difficult to respond to the real world.
