You are correct. The PS is a "both sides" kind of addition. It is true. Many of the folks way out there on the left are also guilty of only consuming media that confirms their biases.

Even so, there are far fewer of them, and they generally do not spout the degree of nonsense we hear from the far-right. And they are not nearly as prone to exhibits of anger and violence.

Far too many Americans are too intellectually lazy to look beyond the dogma being presented to them by those who seek power and control.

This propaganda is probably not currently AI produced, but it will be. And it will be used in much the same fashion as that which Fox et al. do now. But there will be a firehose-full more of it.
