While wholeheartedly in favor of numbers 1 and 3, I'm wondering why you included #2.

No person shall be elected to the Office of President if he (1) fails to reveal his income tax returns for the previous ten years, (2) has never held elected office or a rank in the military at any level, or (3) is congenitally incapable of telling the truth.

While wholeheartedly in favor of numbers 1 and 3, I'm wondering why you included #2. This would leave out 16 former presidents, including Jefferson and Franklin Roosevelt. And Lincoln only served for less than two months.
Do you believe that military service should be a prerequisite for a President?
