Repeat after me, with a smile:

"Hi! Good to see you. I am over the age where I am required to remember everyone's name, so please help me out here."

After the info is delivered, usually memories flood back. But even if not, follow with, "Oh, yes, great to see you again."

PS - I could never meet the requirement anyway.
